Inspection Policy

The customer must thoroughly inspect the product in the presence of the delivery representative.

After the delivery representative leaves, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

Return requests are accepted in the following cases:

• A clear manufacturing defect in the product

• The problem is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

• The product is unused and in its original condition

Cases Not Covered by Returns

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after receiving the product

• Objection to the color or material after the delivery representative has left

Therefore, please carefully inspect the product before accepting it.
